Admission

Students seeking admission to the college must submit the following documents at the time of admission:

Academic Documents

Photocopies of Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs) of the qualifying examination.
Original DMCs for verification purposes of previous examination.
Migration Certificate (Original) – Required for students from boards other than PSEB.

Personal and Identity Documents

Documents must be submitted for availing Scholarship (Only for SC/ST Students)

Recent Income Certificate in the prescribed format as per Punjab Government/GNDU Amritsar norms.
SC Caste Certificate: Issued in the student’s name by the Tehsildar at Suvidha/Sewa Kendra.
Income Certificate: Father’s income certificate issued by the Tehsildar at Suvidha Centre, not older than six months. Total annual family income from all sources should not exceed ₹2,50,000.
Residence Certificate: Issued by the Tehsildar at Suvidha Centre, confirming Punjab domicile.
Bank Account Details: Photocopy of the student’s bank passbook (account must be Aadhaar-linked). Account details should include the IFSC code and be active.
Attendance Certificate: Certificate from the last attended institution verifying regular attendance.
Academic Documents: Copy of the 10th and 12th-grade certificates.
Certified copy of the marksheet from the last class passed.
Identity Documents: Three photocopies of the student’s Aadhaar Card.
Photocopies of both parents’ Aadhaar Cards.
Freeship Card.
Application Form for the scholarship.
Two passport-size photographs.
Undertaking Certificate: A signed declaration confirming the authenticity of the submitted information and documents.
