The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is established to ensure a fair, transparent, and responsive mechanism for addressing student concerns and grievances. The committee is committed to upholding the dignity of every student by providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for expressing issues without fear or bias.

Objectives

• To address academic, administrative, and personal grievances of students in a time-bound manner.

• To promote harmony between students and staff through prompt resolution of complaints.

• To create a responsive and accountable atmosphere in the institution.

Scope of Grievances

Students may report grievances related to:

• Academic issues (marks, exams, teaching, course content, etc.)

• Infrastructure and facilities (hostel, library, labs, sanitation, etc.)

• Harassment or misconduct of any kind

• Administrative issues
