Academic Discipline

• Students must be regular and sincere in their studies.

• A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in the final examinations.

• Academic integrity must be upheld at all times. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct will be dealt with strictly.

Classroom Conduct

• The use of mobile phones during class hours is strictly prohibited.

• Students must attend lectures punctually and maintain satisfactory attendance and academic performance.

• Any student found absent from classes without permission will be fined.

Library and College Property

• Students must refrain from mishandling or tampering with library books or college computer systems.

• College property, including classrooms, laboratories, and furniture, must be handled responsibly.

• Students who damage college property will face disciplinary action.

Uniform & Identity Card

• Students must wear the prescribed uniform on designated days; failure to do so will result in a fine.

• Students must always carry and display their identity cards within the campus.

Behavior and Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and dignity both inside and outside the campus.

• Politeness is expected while interacting with faculty, clerical staff, and fellow students.

• Ragging is strictly prohibited. Any student found involved in ragging will be rusticated from the college.

• Students must not loiter in corridors while classes are in progress.

Campus Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Students must cooperate in keeping the campus clean by using dustbins.

• Classrooms, lawns, and laboratories must be maintained in a neat and tidy condition.

Participation in College Activities

• Attendance at all college functions, especially those announced in advance, is mandatory.

• Students represent the college and must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the institution’s reputation.

Dress Code & Appearance

• The use of cosmetics, excessive jewelry, gaudy outfits, tight-fitting clothes, and sleeveless attire is not permitted on the college premises.
